I am really looking forward to our final degree show, ‘Plug Us In’. Its been pretty hard juggling the designs and organisation with work but I’m feeling like its finally coming together a bit. Installing my work should be fun and I can’t wait to see people using it all.
Just the little job of writing my dissertation now…
Dynamic Wallpaper

So i’ve just received an orange upgrade and got the new Samsung G600. One of the features is the ‘dynamic’ wallpaper. So what does this mean? It means that whatever country you are in.. it changes the image. So currently I have big ben and the houses of parliament… (Although I’m actually in Wales!) The clouds seem to move.. which apparently has something to do with signal. When I have a missed call or a message I get fireworks and the bright blue sky becomes night sky as you progress towards night time. I like the idea of putting movement into something previously static. It relates to my project, putting interactivity into visual forms. It’s a nice touch

So recently I’ve been looking at different methods of input to flash. At the moment I’ve been working a lot with webcams, microphones and even dance mats!
This was created by believe it or not dancing..!
